JulySoft, Microsoft Certified Partner, announces release of LabRetriever 4.0

TUCSON, AZ – June 1, 2007 – JulySoft, leading provider of doctor-to-patient communication solutions, announces the release of LabRetriever 4.0, the interactive lab results inquiry system that provides patient access to lab test results via the telephone.

LabRetriever provides patients with confidential access to lab test results and follow-up instructions through the use of a unique personal identification number, as well as the additional security option of a secondary password. Providers can easily assign standard or custom lab result messages from any telephone, and can integrate with a lab management or data management system to offer fully automated lab result message assignment.

LabRetriever allows physicians to store a library of standard lab result messages, which can be assigned to any patient as needed. LabRetriever also allows the physician to record completely custom messages for individual patients, offering a very personal touch along with the convenience of physician and patient avoiding phone tag. Follow-up instructions and other important health information can be included with each message. LabRetriever provides archived reports, and offers an audit trail of lab results retrieval activity.

LabRetriever 4.0 is offered in three models to accommodate the needs of any sized facility, from a single provider to a large hospital, group practice or HMO. The system uses quality Dialogic voice hardware and is user-installable in a compatible Windows-based PC, or available as a completely configured turn-key system.

As a member of the Microsoft Empower Program, JulySoft was able to interact with Microsoft and its ISV partners during the LabRetriever 4.0 development cycle, and to utilize the Microsoft software development tools, which allowed JulySoft to easily migrate its existing application to the Microsoft SQL database environment.
