TUCSON, AZ – July 10, 2006 – JulySoft, leading provider of interactive computer telephony system, announced that ReminderPro’s Select and Enterprise models include tools for creating and conducting multiple question surveys by phone. ReminderPro, the automated communication solution that reminds and informs people of appointments, scheduled services, renewal information, special promotions, and other types of information, also handles automated phone surveys, which provide instant reports for immediate feedback.

ReminderPro Select and Enterprise models offer the capability to design both simple and multiple question surveys, which allow branching from one question to another, each with its own responses. Tallied results are available immediately upon completion of the phone session. The data gathered can be presented in several formats including a cross-tab trends analysis file, which is based on date ranges in both current and historical formats. Raw data can also be exported directly into a statistical analysis software package.

Individual recorded questions and touch-tone response options can be linked together to create surveys that include up to 18 questions. For example, a simple single-result survey involves a recorded message that asks a specific question, and might offer respondents the option to choose a response such as “on-time” or “late” regarding a delivery question, or “satisfied” or “dissatisfied” for a service provided. More sophisticated branching surveys can be constructed, which lead participants to additional questions based on previous responses. Multiple question surveys lead respondents through several questions and log the responses separately, providing a tally of responses to each question on a special report.
