This is due, in part, to a pilot study by the CDC proving automated calling technology to be the most effective method for improving immunization rates among children. In less than two years, ReminderPro had established itself as one of the finest calling systems available. LabRetriever, JulySoft’s 24-hour lab results hotline, was released in 1999.
